1. Initial Consultation: We meet to align on your project goals and.  i will advise you on space feasibility, alternatives, cost implications, building approval process, construction techniques and legal aspects of building and construction. To ensure a dedicated and personalized consultation experience, a fee of UGX 300,000 is required prior to our meeting. This allows me to prepare thoroughly and offer you the highest level of insight and service tailored to your needs

​2. Research & Conceptualization: Upon full site study & survey i will refine your ideas and conduct necessary research to develop a concept that meets your unique design needs. This phase of the process begins once the client has committed 70% of the total project cost, allowing us to move forward with confidence and ensure seamless execution.

​3. 3D Modelling,2d illustrations/ draft plans & Visualization: Using advanced software, create photo-realistic images and animations of the ideated design. At this point design review meetings are scheduled and the concepts refined further to the get to the client's goal but client should not he /she gets 3 design reviews.

4. 2D Construction Drawings: in collaboration with other consultants (like surveyors, structural engineers, MEP engineers, architects among others as project may require) we document every aspect for construction and local council building approval submission. The remaining 30% of the project cost is to be settled prior to the delivery of the final drawings, ensuring all aspects are completed to the highest standard and ready for handover

5. For architectural projects assistance is provided during the building permit approval submission process. whole taxes are paid by the client through the government assigned channels.

6. Construction Consultancy: During construction, in collaboration with other consultants associated with the project design we provide quality assurance inspections and technical guidance to ensure your project meets the highest standards. To facilitate a thorough and tailored site assessment, an onsite consultation fee of UGX 500,000 is required in advance of the visit.
